Shipping

> how much is shipping?

US shipping (via USPS First Class Mail) is a flat fee of $4. If your order exceeds $35, apply code FREESHIPUS35 for free shipping! Local pickups are free, I will reach out by email to coordinate.

International shipping to Canada is $9. Shipping to other countries (see next question for full list) is $11. I will provide complimentary shipping insurance on international orders greater than $50.

I ship to the US & Canada, as well as the following 54 countries: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

> where is my order?

All orders are tracked! Once I package your order and send it out for delivery, I will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. Use the link in the email to check the status of your order.

Once an item is dropped off at USPS, kerami. is no longer responsible for the package. If there are delivery issues with the order, please contact USPS directly with the tracking number.


> when will I receive my order?

I will create, package, and drop off orders at USPS within 1 week. Afterwards, delivery is expected to take an additional 1-3 business days for the US and up to 3-4 weeks for international orders..


> what is your return / cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email [email protected] within 24 hours with your order number in the subject line and I will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns.


> help! my earrings got damaged while shipping!

Oh no! If your order gets damaged during shipping, please contact me with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and I will send you another pair. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
